• بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصيانة الميكانيكية، ويفضل في المصانع وخطوط الإنتاج.
• خبرة عملية في صيانة: - المعدات والماكينات الميكانيكية. - خطوط الإنتاج والمعدات الصناعية. - دوائر وأنظمة Hydraulic. - معدات تشغيل المعادن - المكابس Presses.
• القدرة على إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية (Preventive & Predictive Maintenance).
• خبرة في تحليل الأعطال وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis) واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• القدرة على إدارة وتوجيه فنيي الصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية ومتابعة أدائهم.
• القدرة على إعداد ومتابعة Maintenance KPIs وتقارير الصيانة.
• القدرة على تحديد احتياجات قطع الغيار والمستلزمات الفنية والتنسيق مع المخازن والمشتريات.
• المعرفة بأساسيات TPM – Total Productive Maintenance ورفع اعتمادية المعدات وتقليل الـ Downtime.
• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط ومواجهة الأعطال الطارئة واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة بسرعة.
• الالتزام بتطبيق معايير السلامة المهنية أثناء أعمال الصيانة.
• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office،
• مهارات جيدة في القيادة والتواصل والعمل الجماعي. المهام الرئيسية:
• الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة اليومية والطارئة للمعدات وخطوط الإنتاج.
• وضع ومتابعة برامج الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.
• تحليل الأعطال المتكررة والعمل على تقليل معدلات التوقف غير المخطط.
• إدارة فريق فنيي الصيانة وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة التنفيذ.
• التعاون مع إدارات الإنتاج والجودة والمخازن لتحقيق استمرارية وكفاءة التشغيل.
• متابعة أداء المعدات ورفع كفاءتها وتحسين Machine Reliability & Availability.
• إعداد تقارير الصيانة الدورية ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong practical experience in the maintenance of: - Mechanical equipment and industrial machinery. - Production lines and manufacturing equipment. - Hydraulic systems and circuits. - Metalworking machinery. - Presses and related equipment.
• Ability to develop and implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plans.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians.
• Experience in establishing and monitoring Maintenance KPIs and maintenance reports.
• Ability to identify spare parts and technical requirements and coordinate with Stores and Procurement.
• Good knowledge of TPM – Total Productive Maintenance, equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency breakdowns and work under pressure.
• Strong commitment to Occupational Health & Safety standards.
• Good command of MS Office;.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and reduce recurring breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• Lead and allocate tasks to maintenance technicians and monitor execution.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Stores and Procurement teams to ensure production continuity.
• Monitor equipment performance and improve Machine Reliability & Availability.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.
