• Lead implementation of Oracle Financial modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Subledger Accounting
• Gather client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration
• Design solutions using Oracle Financial modules to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency
• Configure Oracle Financial systems including setup, parameterization, chart of accounts, and integration points with other systems
• Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, accuracy, and performance of Oracle Financial modules
• Conduct end-user training sessions to familiarize them with Oracle Financial modules and best practices
• Collaborate closely with clients throughout the implementation process, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle Financial modules in complex enterprise environments, with a focus on General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Financial system configurations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion & E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Financials Cloud, including hands-on experience in system configuration, setup, and customization.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Oracle certification in relevant Financial modules is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
