• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, with solid experience in a managerial/senior position.
• Experience in the Furniture / Home Furniture industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience working with Marketing Agencies and managing external partners.
• Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding & Campaign Management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer acquisition, market research & competitor analysis.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI & KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & team management skills.
• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
