Ready Pack Technology is hiring #ِTechnical_Support_Engineer (After Sales) We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer (After Sales) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers. - Handle customer maintenance requests and follow up on service activities. - Coordinate with customers and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution. - Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation. - Support the sales team with after-sales technical assistance. - Follow up on customer feedback and contribute to improving service quality. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
